Hong Kong BNO Welcome Hub 之背景
英國時任首相 Boris Johnson 喺2021年3月19日透過 video call，同四個新來英嘅香港家庭見面，以了解香港人移英生活同生活上嘅需要，之後英國政府就宣布會進一步透過民間組織收集更多移英港人嘅需要。英國政府好快就兌現承諾，係2021年4月8日正式宣佈撥款4,300萬英鎊，開啟BNO公民融入社區計劃（Hong Kong British Nationals (Overseas) Integration Programme），主要協助香港人喺英國嘅住屋同教育需要，當中教育重點指出會提供資源俾中小學，教育學生英國同香港歷史。同時，宣佈係12 個不同嘅區域開設 Welcome Hub，為香港人提供一站式嘅諮詢服務，並提供 ESOL 英文課程。如果想了解多啲 ESOL 英文課程，可以參閱塵氏之前嘅分享: https://chansleeds.com/english-course-esol/
Welcome Hub 營運形式
咁究竟呢12個 Welcome Hub 嘅地點係邊呢? 雖然 Welcome Hub 係用12個區域黎劃分，但其實Welcome Hub並無實體Hub，全部都係 Virtual Hub，透過網頁為持有 BNO visa 移英嘅香港人服務。
